Privacy policy
Principle
This website uses no tracking cookies and no ad networks. Personal data is processed only if you submit it yourself via the contact form — or via WhatsApp, if you choose that route — and only to handle your enquiry (Swiss revFADP).
Contact enquiries
If you use the form, I process your name, email, optional phone number, your message and any photos. Data is stored in a Supabase database; photos live in private, non-public storage. I delete enquiry data once it is no longer needed, or at your request.
Service providers
Hosting: Vercel (serving the site, technical server logs). Database & file storage: Supabase. Email delivery: Resend. These providers process data on my behalf.
This website loads no WhatsApp or Meta code. Only when you actively tap the WhatsApp button does your device open WhatsApp; from that point your message, phone number and chat are processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta under their own terms — possibly outside Switzerland. I then receive your message in WhatsApp and handle it like any other enquiry. WhatsApp is optional; the contact form remains the path with no third parties.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Just reach out via the contact form.
